Practice Administrator
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing teleneurology practice, the full-time remote Practice Administrator will provide business operations support to medical directors and physician partners, manage site financials, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Key responsibilities Act as the operational administrator for site leadership and interface with hospital and community stakeholders Provide executive support to the site medical director and manage site financials, including payroll and expense reimbursements Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and compliance for new providers and employees, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations Required qualifications Two to three years of experience in an office or healthcare setting Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred Experience in the healthcare field and knowledge of medical terminology preferred Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong consultation skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
