What You'll Do

• Coordinate the implementation of programs tailored to meet department objectives and fill identified skills gaps.
• Facilitate training, processes, systems usage, and other tools to support both agency and larger organizational needs using adult learning principles to best impact the transfer of knowledge.
• Work closely with Agency Leadership to understand needs, impact, and feedback on all current training and prioritize future training needs.
• Serve as coordinator/trainer for initial new hire onboarding.
• Evaluate programs and courses to assess effectiveness.
• Document department workflows either independently or in conjunction with subject matter expert

What You'll Need

• Bachelors degree or 2-4 years of P&C insurance experience
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license, with our support
• Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated customer service focus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar systems, including spreadsheets, email, word processing, and presentation software
