Giannotti & Associates is growing, and we're looking for motivated, service-oriented people to join our team as Sales and Customer Service Associates. This is a phone-based, entry-level role built around helping clients — no cold calling. You'll speak with individuals who have already expressed interest in coverage, answer their questions, and guide them to the right enrollment decision.

What You'll Do
Handle inbound consultation calls from prospective clients.
Present and explain health coverage solutions clearly and professionally.
Answer client questions and guide them through the enrollment process.
Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate account documentation.
Participate in ongoing sales and customer service training.
This role blends consultative sales with high-level customer service and relationship management.
