Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel assignment in Bridgeport, WV. This role involves working in a cardiopulmonary stepdown unit within an acute care setting, focusing on patients with complex cardiac and respiratory conditions.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry

• Provide direct care to cardiac and respiratory patients, including those post-cath and post-operative lung surgeries
• Titrate and manage various cardiac drips such as Cardizem, Amiodarone, and Dobutamine
• Monitor and interpret telemetry strips using Phillips monitors
• Collaborate with respiratory therapists to manage CPAP and BiPAP equipment
• Participate in a charge nurse rotation during night shifts

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry

• Valid RN license in the state of West Virginia
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience in titrating cardiac drips
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting telemetry strips
