The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to nursing staff. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals. Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring. Document care activities and resident observations accurately. Qualifications Previous experience as a Resident Care Assistant or in a similar role preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care. Basic knowledge of resident care and safety protocols. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
