Live-In Therapeutic Coach for Aging & Dementia

Intent-Clinical is seeking a Therapeutic Companion/Live-In Coach to provide behavioral health support to clients in Massachusetts. This part-time role requires experience in crisis management and working with older adults. Successful candidates will tailor their approach to meet diverse client needs. The position entails coaching, observation, and goal planning while collaborating with treatment teams. Flexible schedules are provided as this position works PRN with no guaranteed hours per week.
