Experience C-Level Salary $45 - $60 per hour Job Details We are seeking an experienced Consulting Controller to join our dynamic team in the Healthcare industry. This role will be pivotal in managing, planning, and coordinating the financial operations of our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial statement preparation, PBC audit list, preparing reconciliations, and revenue recognition process. While knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred, it is not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience to contribute to a vibrant and forward‑thinking organization. Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure. Coordinate, analyze, and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors. Prepare short and long‑term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties. Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review firms performance. Develop, implement and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting, employee relations (hiring/terminating policies) and other corporate policies. Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting complex data, and ability to make independent decisions and judgments consistent with the position level. Manage the preparation of the company's budget and report significant budget differences to management. Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization. Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. CPA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior‑level finance or accounting position. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections. Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product‑line profitability analysis. Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings. Willingness to work a flexible schedule. Healthcare knowledge preferred, but not mandatory.
