As a Registered Nurse in our Float Pool, you’ll step into a fast-paced, fulfilling role where you get to support multiple units, gain diverse experience, and help deliver exceptional care right where it’s needed most. What You’ll Do Deliver Top-Notch Patient Care: Use the full nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation - to provide evidence-based, compassionate care. Think on Your Feet: Bring sharp clinical judgment and critical thinking to manage complex situations. Medication Mastery: Administer meds and perform safety checks with diligence and care. Educate & Empower Patients: Help patients and families understand procedures, treatments, and recovery plans. Prioritize Safety & Quality: Verify patient identities, follow all protocols, and document with precision. What You Bring to the Table Education Diploma from an accredited nursing program required. BSN preferred. Licensure & Certifications Active RN license (Single State or Compact) required. BLS required. NRP required. ACLS & PALS preferred. Experience Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in NICU related nursing care in a hospital setting required. Skills & Strengths Fluent in English (spoken & written) required.
