Responsibilities :
- Assist members with everyday teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, cashier's checks, debit card replacements, and account updates.
- Process mobile deposits, ATM settlement tasks, check copies, statement requests, and digital documentation uploads.
- Ensure proper handling and shipment of international debit cards.
- Greet members, manage lobby flow, and maintain a welcoming and customer-focused branch environment.
- Identify member financial needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and digital tools.
- Educate members on self-service channels, including mobile apps, ATMs, and online banking.
- Assist members with new account openings for savings, checking, and certificate products while adhering to compliance standards.
- Conduct relationship-focused account reviews to identify opportunities that enhance members' financial well-being.
- Process domestic and international wire transfers accurately and efficiently.
- Take ownership of member concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as a subject-matter resource within the branch and provide support wherever coverage is needed.
- Uphold professionalism, accuracy, and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
- Prior teller, cash-handling, customer service, or financial services experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to learn products, systems, and procedures quickly and accurately.
- Comfortable navigating digital tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.
