Human Resource Intern

will support Valvoline Global Operations’ (VGO) HR teams. We are seeking a motivated

Human Resources Intern

to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions through a structured rotational program. This internship provides exposure to

Total Rewards, Organization Design, Talent Acquisition, and Data Analytics , allowing interns to develop a well-rounded understanding of HR operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to key HR initiatives. What our internship provides: Paid on-site summer internship (up to 12 weeks) starting in May 2027 Valvoline Global Operations Americas Headquarters is located in Cincinnati, OH. We prefer candidates willing to work an in-office work schedule (4x per week). How You’ll Make an Impact During the internship, you will rotate through the following HR functions: Total Rewards: Assist with employee compensation and benefits programs. Support wellness initiatives and assist with benefits enrollment. Research industry trends related to compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies. Organization Design:

Support OD Team in analyzing and optimizing organizational structures. Assist in job analysis and role alignment. Contribute to change management. Talent Acquisition:

Assist with developing onboarding processes and new hire orientations. Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies. Data Analytics:

Support analysis of HR metrics. Assist in maintaining HR reports and dashboards using data visualization tools. Key Responsibilities: Participate in HR rotations and support each team with ongoing projects. Conduct research and contribute insights to enhance HR processes. Manage HR-related administrative tasks, including document processing and data entry. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee information. What You’ll Need Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in HR functions, particularly talent management, compensation, and organizational development. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software, HRIS, or data visualization tools is a plus Must be able to work on-site at VGO’s Cincinnati, OH headquarters. #LI-MW1 Valvoline Global is an
