Medical Office Operations Manager

Midland-Health-2 is seeking a capable Office Manager to oversee the operations and administration of a medical office(s). You will supervise staff, handle hiring/terminations, and manage the billing portion to ensure proper CPT/ICD-10 coding and reimbursement. The role requires coordinating medical records, policy adherence, and provider communication.
