Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, followed by comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals and circumstances.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others, to support individuals, couples, and groups in their journey towards mental wellness.

• Execute therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients, while being attentive to the nuances of virtual communication.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care that addresses physical, emotional, and mental health needs.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records, abiding by all ethical guidelines and legal standards to ensure the integrity of client information.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and remain up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health care, enriching your therapeutic skills and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with diverse populations facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and family dynamics. Our telehealth approach allows us to reach individuals who may not have access to traditional in-person counseling services, extending our impact across various demographics and communities in Fort Morgan and beyond.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in Colorado.
\n
• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and regulations pertaining to mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and comfortable using digital communication platforms.

Preferred Experience\n
