Pay: From $20.00 per hour Job description: Uticom is a rapidly growing graphics manufacturing company located west of Coatesville, PA. We are seeking a Printing Assistant to help us in meeting the demands and volume of our screen printing department. Job tasks, Responsibilities & Skills
- Assist in operation of press including loading & unloading of material, and ink handling.
- Setup and operation of screen equipment, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Gathering correct materials and inks needed to run job.
- Cross-train to work on other presses and learn operator skills for possible advancement.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all departmental equipment, and work techniques.
- Follow all company and department policies and procedures for conduct, safety, quality and housekeeping
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Strong ability to work with the team as well as independently.
- Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs
- Full Time: 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday
