Senior Corporate Paralegal

To support a leading Fintech company, the fully remote Senior Corporate Paralegal will manage subsidiary governance, corporate filings, and securities compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment on a 6-month temp-to-perm contract. Key responsibilities Draft and maintain governance materials, including board resolutions and meeting materials, while coordinating governance calendars and filing deadlines Oversee the lifecycle of U.S. and international subsidiaries, including formation and dissolution, while preparing necessary documentation Support financing transactions and strategic projects by managing due diligence, closing logistics, and compliance with regulatory requirements Required qualifications 10+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a public company legal department Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program Strong knowledge of corporate governance, SEC compliance, and entity management Excellent communication skills and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters
