·Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p ·Patients per day: 12 average ·Practice Setting: Clinic ·Scope: Inpatient ·State Licensure: California state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).
