Key Responsibilities Design and develop various pharmaceutical dosage forms, including oral solids, liquids, and injectables. Conduct pre-formulation studies to characterize drug substances and excipients. Perform stability studies to evaluate the shelf-life and degradation pathways of formulated products. Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for pilot and commercial scale production. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to assess product quality attributes such as dissolution, content uniformity, and particle size. Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure formulations meet all necessary guidelines and specifications. Requirements Ph.D. or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, or a closely related field. Significant experience (5+ years) in pharmaceutical formulation development. Proven expertise in developing a wide range of dosage forms and understanding their associated manufacturing challenges. In-depth knowledge of excipient functionality, drug-excipient interactions, and biopharmaceutics. Proficiency in formulation characterization techniques and relevant analytical instrumentation.
