Description: Develop and optimize deodorant products by creating and testing new formulations, ensuring they are stable, effective, and meet regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include blending ingredients, performing stability and performance testing, analyzing data, and collaborating with other teams like marketing and regulatory affairs. Responsibilities: Perform reverse engineering of cosmetic/aerosol formulas Run qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis (GC/MS, HPLC, ICP-OES, etc.) Identify and measure propellants, actives (e.g., ACH), vehicles, structuring agents, emollients, fragrance compounds, etc. Requirements: 5+ years’ experience in Aerosol Formulation Reverse Engineering Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field Advanced knowledge of project management processes and tools Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills PMP certificate and MS Project experience are a plus Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Packaging and Containers Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Equity Packaging Inc. - North America by 2x Get notified about new Formulation Scientist jobs in United States . #J-18808-Ljbffr
