Description: Develop and optimize deodorant products by creating and testing new formulations, ensuring they are stable, effective, and meet regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include blending ingredients, performing stability and performance testing, analyzing data, and collaborating with other teams like marketing and regulatory affairs.
