As a Farmers Agency Owner, you'll have the opportunity to build and grow your own insurance agency while representing one of the most recognized brands in the industry. From day one, you'll work closely with a dedicated District Sales Consultant who will help guide you through the agency launch process. Support may include business planning, sales and marketing strategies, recruiting assistance, operational best practices, and ongoing coaching. You'll also have access to mentorship and guidance from district leadership as you develop your agency and build your team.

Compensation is commission-based and varies depending on factors such as business performance, sales production, agency expenses, and market conditions. Earnings are not guaranteed, and individual results will vary. Many agency owners are attracted to this opportunity because of the potential to grow both their business and their income over time.

In addition to generating revenue through insurance sales and customer relationships, agency owners may have the opportunity to build and retain a customer portfolio in accordance with the terms of their agency agreement. This can support the long-term growth and sustainability of the business.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a highperforming insurance agency with full P&L responsibility
• Develop and execute sales, marketing, and community outreach strategies
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of licensed professionals
• Provide expert guidance to clients on insurance and financial protection needs
• Maintain strong retention through exceptional customer service
• Grow revenue through new business production and crossselling
• Leverage Farmers training, technology, and brand reputation to accelerate growth

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and communication skills
• Sales or business experience preferred but not required
• Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses
• Commitment to building a longterm, profitable business with recurring revenue
