Branch Manager - GEICO Bayside (New Office Opening Q4 2026)

Job Description GEICO Bayside is a new office backed by a proven operator — the same leadership team behind GEICO Commack , the #1 GEICO Local Office in the country and back-to-back Agency of the Year winner (2024, 2025). We're looking for a results-driven Branch Manager to own this branch's performance from day one: building the team, hitting sales and service targets, and replicating the Commack playbook in a new market. You'll have real decision-making authority over staffing, workflow, and local strategy — this is a leadership seat, not a caretaker role. As the branch scales, you'll build a team similar in structure to our Commack operation, which has grown to over 60 team members. The Bayside team is expected to grow to over 40 team members, with you leading that build-out. Previous experience as a GEICO Sales/Service Supervisor or Manager is preferred. Base Salary: Up to $200,000/year, plus commission and bonus opportunities of up to $50,000 annually, for total compensation potential of up to $250,000. Build and maintain strong ties within the local community to represent the brand effectively. Requirements Previous experience as a GEICO Sales/Service Supervisor or Manager is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a leadership capacity. Valid NYS Personal Lines/P&C insurance license. Proven background managing a sales or service-driven office. Demonstrated ability to mentor staff and improve operational workflows. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Analytical skills and strong business acumen.
