Bonus Sales Manager

We are looking for Sales Managers to join our team and work with an existing database of registered users.

This is a phone sales position, not a customer support role. You will communicate with customers, present current offers and bonuses, handle objections, and guide customers toward the desired action.

Conditions:

• $3,000 per month + performance-based bonuses
• KPI system after the probation period
• Full-time, B2B contract
• Fully remote work
• Company covers applicable income taxes on top of the monthly compensation
• 5 paid days off every 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to registered users from a prepared database
• Present current promotions, offers, and bonuses
• Handle objections and maintain engaging conversations
• Guide customers toward the target action
• Answer inbound calls from customers
• Follow established scripts and internal processes
• Meet performance targets after the KPI system is introduced

Requirements:

• 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in phone sales, B2C, telesales, outbound sales, or customer retention
• Fluent spoken English
• Confident communication with U.S. customers by phone
• Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills
• Energetic and confident communication style
• Results-oriented mindset
• Must be physically located in the United States

Nice to Have:

• Experience in iGaming, casino, or sweepstakes
• Experience in phone sales or customer retention

Product training is provided for candidates without iGaming experience.

Working Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM EST (UTC−5)
• Three 15-minute breaks
• 30-minute lunch
• Online office format
• Camera and screen sharing required during working hours
