IT Frontline Support Technician

J-U-B Engineers, Inc. (jub.com) seeks an IT Frontline Support Technician III to deliver advanced technical support for our employee-owners. In this role, you’ll handle complex Tier II/III tickets, support Windows and macOS devices, manage Microsoft 365 and Active Directory accounts, and troubleshoot network and application issues that keep our engineering teams productive. You’ll document solutions, mentor junior technicians, and contribute to process improvements. Join a collaborative, employee-owned firm supporting impactful infrastructure projects across the Inland Northwest and Intermountain West.
