Dry Harbor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 360-bed Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility in the heart of Middle Village Queens. Our staff is committed to ensuring the highest quality of life for all our residents.
Qualifications
Home Health Aide (Required)
We are looking for compassionate Home Health Aides to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services to patients while traveling with them to doctors appointments and hospital visits. You MUST have a HHA certification from NY and be willing to travel to doctors appointments with patients of the facility. .
Responsibilities
Provide home health care services to facility patients while outside of the facility
Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital visits
Assist with clients personal care activities
