Cre en 2010 et base Toulouse, Opisto est le spcialiste de la pice auto d'occasion.

Nous avons une double mission : accompagner la filire de la destruction automobile dans ses enjeux de digitalisation tout en facilitant l'accs pour tous des pices auto d'occasion.

Aujourd'hui plus de 650 Centres VHU Agrs utilisent quotidiennement notre logiciel Opisto et diffusent plus de 10 millions de pices de remploi, disponibles en temps rel, sur nos sites Internet (opisto.fr / opisto.com / opisto.pro).

94 collaborateurs se dpassent chaque jour pour concevoir, dvelopper, commercialiser des solutions innovantes afin de rpondre aux problmatiques des centres VHU et promouvoir l'utilisation de la pice de remploi.

Votre Futur Terrain De Jeu En Tant Que Business Developer BtoB Chez Opisto :

Vous prenez en charge l'animation et le dveloppement d'un portefeuille de client professionnels de l'automobile (garagistes, carrosseries, rseaux de concessions...). Dans un contexte de structuration de l'activit, vous contribuez renforcer la relation client, dvelopper le volume d'affaires et mettre en place des pratiques et outils durables, ainsi vous devrez notamment :

  • Animer et dvelopper un portefeuille de clients professionnels, en assurant des contacts rguliers et une relation de qualit pour renforcer leur fidlit
  • Dynamiser l'activit des clients existants, en particulier les comptes occasionnels, en mettant en place des actions cibles pour augmenter leur volume de commandes
  • Aller la rencontre de nos clients grands comptes en organisant des dplacements ddis
  • Maintenir une relation de confiance avec les clients, y compris en cas de litiges ou de problmatiques remontes, en assurant un suivi commercial adapt
  • Contribuer activement au dveloppement du chiffre d'affaires (GMV) en identifiant des leviers de croissance et en pilotant votre activit commerciale
  • Participer la structuration du ple commercial, en contribuant la mise en place des processus, des pipelines et des outils CRM, et leur amlioration continue
  • Piloter votre activit via la data, en construisant et en suivant des indicateurs de performance, des tableaux de bord et des reportings rguliers
  • Collaborer troitement avec les quipes marketing, afin de dfinir et dployer des actions d'animation clients (campagnes, offres, incentives) fort impact

Les Competence Recherchees :

  • Vous tes expriment(e) en dveloppement commercial ou en gestion de portefeuille clients, et vous avez cur d'animer, fidliser et dvelopper un portefeuille
  • Vous avez une forte orientation rsultats, une culture business et vous tes l'aise avec les outils CRM et la data
  • Vous tes autonome, proactif(ve) et l'aise dans des environnements en structuration
  • Vous parlez anglais et ventuellement une autre langue

Bonus : vous avez une exprience dans le secteur automobile
