Desktop Support Technician II

$19 - $22 per hour

Title - Desktop Support Technician
Location - Akron, OH
Hours - Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate - $19-$22/hr
Responsibilities -

Unbox the device (laptop)
Power up the device and install Windows updates and drivers,
install any required applications
Install, move, add and change ( "IMAC") the device in ServiceNow.
Re-box the devices
Create shipping labels and fix to box
Ship the devices to end-user
Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool

Qualifications -

1+ years of experience installing Windows on laptops
Must have excellent customer service skills
Strong Windows 10 and MS 365 experience
A+ certification is a plus
