Desktop Support Technician II

Title - Desktop Support Technician
Location - Akron, OH
Hours - Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate - $19-$22/hr
Responsibilities -
Q1. How many years of EnterpriseDesktop Support experience do you have?
Q2. Are you A+ certified?
Q3. For submission, client needs MM/DD of Birth and last 4 of Social - please share.
Q4. Which ticketing system did you use - any exp in ServiceNow
Q5-How far you live from 341 White Ponds Dr., Akron OH and how will you travel daily
Location - Akron, OH

Pay Rate - $19-$22/hr
Responsibilities -
- Unbox the device (laptop)
- Power up the device and install Windows updates and drivers,
- install any required applications
- Install, move, add and change ( "IMAC") the device in ServiceNow.
- Re-box the devices
- Create shipping labels and fix to box
- Ship the devices to end-user
- Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool
- 1+ years of experience installing Windows on laptops
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Strong Windows 10 and MS 365 experience
- A+ certification is a plus
