Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification for the state of Michigan
- Experience working in educational settings as a school psychologist
- Strong understanding of psychological evaluation tools and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to develop and implement individualized educational and behavioral plans
- Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible with approach
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
- Work closely with students, teachers, and parents to identify academic and behavioral needs
- Develop strategies and recommendations to support student learning and emotional health
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on student plans
- Consult with school staff to design interventions and monitor progress
- Facilitate crisis intervention and manage emergency situations as needed
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to school policies and confidentiality guidelines
