THE ROLE
This is an inside sales opportunity with a clear path to $80,000 or more . You’ll connect with prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, explain appropriate insurance options, and consistently follow up to earn their business.

We invest heavily in your training during your first six months. You’ll receive hands-on coaching, mentorship, and the product and sales knowledge needed to meet - and exceed - your goals. If hired, you will assist in the marketing, soliciting and servicing of Colorado residents and policyholders only.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Identify needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Generate new business through calls, text messages, emails, referrals, and account development.
• Manage your pipeline and activity in our CRM.
• Meet established sales and customer-care standards.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team development.

Insurance experience is not required. We are looking for friendly assertiveness, drive, great communication, willingness to learn, and follow instructions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales, customer service, business development, or other customer-facing experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and following up.
• Organized, dependable, self-directed, and goal-oriented.
• Able to use basic technology, including email, calendars, and CRM systems.
• Willing to obtain Colorado insurance licenses.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in inside sales or another performance-based role.
• Active Colorado Property & Casualty insurance license.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience with CRM systems, referrals, cross-selling, or pipeline management.
