Job Description Job Description We’re seeking a motivated and personable HVAC Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position with in-state travel typically within a 2-hour radius from your home office. Occasional travel to Orlando and Jacksonville may be required for customer HQ visits. In this role, you’ll represent top-tier HVAC manufacturers, build relationships with distributors, contractors, and engineers, and help drive product awareness and sales throughout your territory. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with HVAC wholesalers, contractors, mechanical engineers, and builders. Conduct in-person branch visits, trainings, and product demos across your territory. Represent a strong lineup of HVAC product lines and solutions. Deliver excellent customer service and technical product knowledge. Maintain an organized pipeline of accounts and follow up consistently. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and support. Ideal Candidate 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, technical support, or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment. Comfortable with regular travel (most within 3 hours of home). Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Familiarity with Florida HVAC markets is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Why Join Us?
