Assistant Project Manager

$80k – $120k Base | Assistant Project Manager | Commercial Construction | NYC Commercial construction and capital project exposure across NYC Work alongside an experienced in-house project management team Involvement from early planning through delivery and close-out Institutional real estate platform with plenty of room to grow We see this suiting someone with experience across commercial real estate and construction who is ready to broaden their exposure and take on more responsibility within an in-house project management environment. You’ll be joining an established CRE owner & developer with a strong New York presence and a dedicated project management platform, working closely with the Project Manager and wider internal and external teams. The role will give you hands-on involvement across multiple stages of delivery, including project planning, cost tracking, contracts, change management, stakeholder coordination, reporting and close-out. You’ll help keep projects organized, make sure key actions are moving forward and support the team in identifying issues before they become bigger problems. They’re looking for someone who is highly organized, commercially aware and comfortable balancing several priorities at once, with the confidence to communicate clearly across different project stakeholders and escalate when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Heron Wolf
