Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to efficiently manage a varied caseload and travel between school sites as needed
• Flexibility and a passion for working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy assessments and deliver individualized interventions to students with diverse needs
• Develop, monitor, and update treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to support student success
• Educate families and school personnel on physical therapy strategies and safe mobility techniques

Role Details:

• Contract position, approximately 15-20 hours per week
• Caseload of fewer than 30 students across roughly five school sites
