Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a full-time Occupational Therapist supporting students near Carthage, with assignments in the Sanford, NC area, approximately 45 minutes southwest of Raleigh. Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric therapy settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability
• Capacity to work independently while thriving in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop personalized goals to support participation in school activities
• Create and implement intervention strategies that promote fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and independence
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to integrate OT services within the educational environment
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute input to support student success
• Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to promote student engagement and skill development
