We are looking for a high-volume recruiter to support new business hiring initiatives. This long-term contract position is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can balance a large requisition load, and partners closely with hiring leaders to deliver talent on tight timelines. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting across a range of business functions and requires a consultative approach, strong organization, and confidence managing competing priorities in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from talent sourcing through offer delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
• Manage a high volume of open positions at one time while keeping searches on track and aligned with hiring deadlines.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, refine search strategies, and move roles to fill quickly.
• Build targeted recruitment plans for positions ranging from early-career openings to senior-level leadership searches.
• Use multiple outreach channels, including online sourcing, networking, and referral pipelines, to attract candidates with relevant experience.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for future hiring demand so suitable prospects remain engaged over time.
• Track recruiting performance data and prepare regular updates that highlight progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to recruiting excellence by supporting process improvements, shared best practices, and broader talent acquisition initiatives.
• Assist with diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring efforts and help ensure recruiting activity aligns with applicable program goals.• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a high-volume corporate or agency environment.
• Ability to manage approximately 35 to 40 active requisitions while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
• Track record of partnering effectively with hiring teams to support hiring goals of roughly 30 placements per month.
• Strong sourcing skills using digital tools, targeted networks, referrals, and direct outreach methods.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions, with the ability to adapt quickly to varied role profiles.
• Comfort using recruiting metrics and reporting to evaluate progress and guide decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work remotely and stay organized across shifting priorities, interview schedules, and hiring deadlines.
