Pay: $22-$25/hr DOE
Schedule: Day and Swing shifts available
Location: Forest Grove, OR

Company Overview

GLISS is hiring an experienced Production Lead for a food manufacturing facility. We're looking for someone who has experience in a fast-paced production environment, can lead a team, and understands the importance of meeting production goals while maintaining quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support production employees to ensure daily production goals are met.
• Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and keep production lines running efficiently.
• Ensure employees follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Monitor product quality and report any issues to management.
• Train new employees and provide guidance to existing team members.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding production progress, staffing needs, and equipment issues.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with production duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production or food manufacturing required.
• Prior leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, including GMPs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be dependable and comfortable working in a hands-on leadership role.
