Engineering Technician

We are seeking an Engineering Technician to support manufacturing process development and production activities. The role involves processing equipment setup, Design of Experiments (DOE), process characterization, production testing, and yield analysis in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Set up processing equipment and support process characterization and Design of Experiments (DOE). Monitor production activities, audit processes, and provide guidance to line operators. Conduct production and test runs, analyze results, and prepare records, charts, and graphs to identify yield issues and evaluate new products. Provide technical support to process development and engineering teams. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment setup and production support. Experience with DOE, process characterization, and production or test runs. Ability to analyze production data and identify yield problems. Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills. Work Requirements Must be willing to work onsite in Libertyville, IL. This is a contract-only position; full-time employment is not available .
