You will be responsible for preparing dough from scratch, selecting the freshest ingredients, and ensuring the highest quality standards in every pizza you make. • Prepare pizza dough to specifications and ensure optimal quality before baking.
• Select and prepare high-quality ingredients for toppings to enhance flavor and presentation.
• Assemble pizzas efficiently and in accordance with our menu and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and kitchen area.
• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to achieve perfect pizza results.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients as needed.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of different types of pizza, crusts, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to foster a positive kitchen atmosphere.
