Duties Include Preparing and sending invoices to clients Tracking payments and following up on overdue accounts Assisting with payroll processing Organizing financial records and data entry Responding to customer billing inquiries Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accuracy Attributes Detail-oriented and highly organized Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication skills Requirements Experience in billing, accounting, or administrative roles Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and financial software Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion Strong math and organizational skills Job Type Full-time Salary $18 - $25 per hour Benefits 401(k) with matching Paid time off Schedule Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr Artisan Building and Remodeling LLC
