Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional, resident-focused care within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role is essential in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health conditions.
- Develop personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Promote a safe, dignified, and comfortable environment for all residents.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
- Coordinate effectively with families to ensure comprehensive care.
- Adhere to stringent infection control protocols and uphold quality standards.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
