Compensation Range: $37.45 - $48.10 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications; additionally, earn a $2.25 per hour differential for night shifts.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time, 40 hours per pay period (5 shifts)
• Part-time, 2-10 pm, 48 hours per pay period (6 shifts)
• PRN (as needed)

Qualifications (What You Bring)

• Active Registered Nurse licensure in Colorado .
• Current CPR Certification.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The main role of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to apply the nursing process in planning and delivering direct care to assigned residents. The nurse will organize, oversee, and implement shift routines in the designated nursing unit while monitoring, guiding, and assessing the activities of staff as the designated “in charge” in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. The nurse will also take on “Building Charge” duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or their designee.

• Provide leadership and guidance in the assigned unit.
• Maintain proficiency in all necessary skills within the designated areas.
• Responsible for charting, documentation, and assessment tasks.
• Oversee personnel functions.
• Participate in and attend various committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
