Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional, resident-focused care within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and needs.
- Administer medications and provide wound care.
- Perform IV therapy as required.
- Actively engage in the creation and revision of personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist residents in achieving their rehabilitation and long-term objectives.
- Foster meaningful connections with residents and their families, promoting dignity, respect, and transparent communication.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
