The Residential Resale Advisor plays a key role in supporting clients in the security alarm market by facilitating the resale of various security systems on property types including single-family homes, condominiums, multi-family units, and mixed property types. This role operates as an individual contributor within a small sales team and reports directly to the Sales Manager. The advisor will engage in local area travel to meet with clients, negotiate deals, and manage customer relationships while implementing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their resale needs and preferences
• Negotiate terms and agreements between buyers and sellers
• Manage ongoing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for security alarms
• Follow up with clients post-transaction to maintain engagement and gather feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in sales or customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with sales techniques and negotiation
• Effective time management abilities
