Supervisory Financial Systems Manager

Location This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, in the Deputy Division Chief, Financial Systems Support office in Irving, Texas; Washington, District of Columbia; and Williston, Vermont. Eligibility and Requirements This is not a bargaining unit position. Suitability for the GS-14 grade level requires a minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent, focused on the following duties: Leading the operation and maintenance of financial and business systems. Monitoring the design, development, maintenance and updating of financial management and business systems. Ensuring completeness and comprehensiveness in the design, development, maintenance, and updating of financial management and business systems. Recognizing emergent problems and conducting in-depth technical analysis. Building and maintaining cooperative partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
