As an LPN Medication Nurse, you provide licensed nursing support through safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.What You’ll Do:• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs)• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standardsYou play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.What We’re Looking For:• Active LPN license in good standing• CPR and First Aid certification• Strong assessment and documentation skills• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferredLPN Medication Nurse – Deliver Safe, Accurate Care That Protects Resident HealthLPN Medication Nurse | Licensed Practical Nurse | Medication Administration | Senior Living | MAR/TAR | Resident Care # **Pay Range:**31.90 - 42.60*Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?* As part of our team, you will help brighten the future for everyone at Sunrise and beyond.
