Responsibilities: Strengthen a customer-focused banquet event department continuously by developing policies, procedures, quality standards, and cost-cutting measures Record the outcomes of each event to evaluate and improve future events and procedures Send banquet event orders to on-site staff members so they are informed of necessary duties and assignments Communicate with customers to go through banquet event choices that fit their budget and go over any modifications, questions, or concerns to guarantee a great product is delivered Supervise the daily operations of the banquet are, including ordering supplies, overseeing event space set-up, and selecting staffing levels to provide an exceptional level of service Qualifications: High school graduate or GED equivalent with a degree in hospitality management preferred Over 3 years experience managing a team in a hospitality role, preferably in a food service capacity Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) are needed This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service Must have excellent customer service and communication skills About Company Guests applaud the newly renovated guestrooms at Doubletree by Hilton Fort Worth S Conference Center, featuring luxurious new bedding and flat-screen televisions.
