Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist

This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center, headquartered in Rockville, Maryland. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Directing global medical logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain operations supporting the distribution of pharmaceuticals, vaccines, controlled substances, and medical supplies while ensuring regulatory compliance and mission readiness. Developing logistics policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Quality Management Systems (QMS) to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and organizational performance. Leading interagency logistics and emergency response operations with FEMA, CDC, USDA, State Department, and DoD partners to support the distribution of critical medical material. Overseeing inventory, transportation, warehouse, safety, and customer service programs using performance metrics and process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
