** Key Responsibilities **

• Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process
• Perform three-way matching and enter approved invoices into SAP
• Process weekly vendor payments by check, ACH, and credit card
• Maintain accurate vendor records, W-9s, and compliance documentation
• Reconcile bank accounts, AP aging reports, prepaid expenses, petty cash, and credit card transactions
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Prepare and issue annual 1099 forms
• Respond to vendor inquiries and help resolve payment issues
• Coordinate occasional employee travel arrangements
• Provide general accounting and administrative support
• Assist with occasional front desk coverage, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls

** Qualifications **

• Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience
• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, invoicing, general ledger, chart of accounts, and basic financial statements
• Experience with SAP or another ERP or accounting system preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential financial information
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
