What You'll Do Process and code accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle invoice processing for multiple entities. Assist with employee expense reimbursements and compliance checks. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and resolve issues promptly. Manage the AP inbox and scan vendor invoices for recordkeeping. Set up new vendors and maintain accurate vendor records. Prepare and execute weekly check runs across entities. Support special projects and other accounting tasks as needed. What You Bring Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred. 2+ years of accounts payable experience required. Experience in multi-entity environments strongly preferred. Professional confidence in vendor communication. Background in high-volume corporate environments.
