Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate and diagnose patients presenting with acute and chronic medical conditions, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
• Collaborate with attending physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with best practices.
• Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests, and make informed decisions about further treatment options based on patient assessments.
• Prescribe medications and therapies responsibly while considering patients’ needs, preferences, and medical histories.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding disease management, medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and post-discharge care, fostering a comprehensive support system.
• Engage in interdisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and care plans, contributing effectively to team recommendations.
• Maintain meticulous electronic medical records to ensure all patient interactions and treatment plans are accurately documented, adhering to healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $220,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
