You will: Handle matters independently Draft all litigation documents Act as your clients guide through the process Attend WCABs, depos, and appearances What we're looking for: Must be a member of the CA bar Must have a degree from an accredited law school At least 2 year of workers' comp experience You must be willing to work at volume, we are a volume firm You must be open to some trial work Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
