Job Description Under the supervision of the VP of Patient Care Services, the Nursing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating activities of hospital personnel assigned to a specific shift. Communicates and applies policies, practices, procedures, objectives and goals necessary for attainment of satisfactory patient care. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities. Pay Pay range: $53.70 - $84.78 per hour, additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
