Maintenance Technician – Bilingual (English/Spanish) Location: Houston, TX Neopal, a leader in high-speed automated manufacturing, is growing fast—and we’re hiring a Bilingual Maintenance Technician to support our state‑of‑the‑art Houston facility. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: Diagnose, repair, and maintain high-speed production equipment Lead proactive preventive and predictive maintenance using CMMS Support automation systems including PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and robotics Fabricate parts, fixtures, and improvements for equipment and facilities Maintain organized tools, parts inventory, and a safe, clean shop Qualifications: What You Bring: Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with PLCs, schematics, motor controls, and fabrication Proactive mindset and commitment to quality, safety, and reliability We offer: Why Neopal: Competitive pay + performance bonuses Culture of innovation, opportunity, and respect Ready to make an impact?
