Part-Time Property Manager
Location: The Charthouse – Charleston, SC
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour

If so, Stintino Management in Charleston, South Carolina at The Charthouse and is looking for a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of a stabilized residential property
- Ensure maintenance and repair requests are addressed in a timely manner
- Manage tenant relations and respond professionally to resident concerns
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and lease renewals
- Maintain property records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support occupancy goals through resident retention and customer service initiatives
- Must have a Project Manager license in SC
- 3+ years of experience in property management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with property management software and standard office applications preferred
